Pendulums have been used for ages for divination and deter mining the answer to any question. This is accomplished by allowing the body, through a process known as 'muscle testing. to determine the outcome. At first, simply ask a question which you know the answer to and determine which circular or hori zontal/vertical "+" motion is your personal yes or no answer. Or use a pendulum mat, like the one included. Get focused, then ask your question.
You can also hold your pendulum over any object for a range of answers.
If you have a number of choices to select from, you can also use a semi-circle and mark the choices off on the circle. Hold the pendulum in the centre and as it swings it will line-up with the appropriate result.
